Submission is closed.

Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit full papers in English (6 pages, 4500 words, in pdf format) following instructions available on the IEEE-IES Manuscript Submission System. Additional pages are allowed at an additional cost of US$100 per page.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the respective conference proceedings, and included in the IEEE Xplore online digital library and El Compendex database.

In addition, authors of selected papers will be called upon to resubmit their papers for consideration of publication in the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics.
