Steps to Complete Your Final Submission
- Login the submission system (link below) using the paper ID and password. Lost passwords can be retrieved.

- View reviewers' comments by clicking on the button "View Review Results".
- Revise the final version to account for reviewers' recommendations. Update the reference list with relevant recent citations from IES conferences and journals to help the audience appreciate the work in view of IES scopes of interest.
- Submit the final version in PDF format, by clicking on the button "Submit Final Version".
- Complete the IEEE copyright release process, by clicking on the button "Sign the IEEE Copyright Form" (visible after final version submission). Note: If the final version is further modified and re-submitted, a new copyright release is necessary.

- If the primary author cannot attend, then a qualified colleague may present the paper instead. A qualified colleague is one who is familiar with the technical field, and is capable of discussing the issues. The primary author misses the technical interaction, but fulfils professional obligations. NOTE: A full regular registration must be paid even for the paper presented if the qualified colleague is an author of another paper in the conference.
- If the author or qualified colleague cannot attend the conference, then the author must notify the General Chairs and Local Committee before 5 September, 2011. The absent author must submit his/her work as a poster to the Local Committee by post or express mail service no later than 25 September, 2011. The conference program committee will review the presentation, and then the poster will be presented in one of the Interactive Dialogue Sessions. In case the presentation is considered non acceptable, then the paper will be considered NOT PRESENTED.
- Return to the IECON'11 website and visit the Registration page. Authors must complete online registration BEFORE 5 September 2011, regardless of other submission deadlines.
