Student registration is not considered a regular registration, and papers will not be included in conference proceedings.  To be able to publish your paper in IEEE Xplore you must pay the full registration fee.  Student registration includes Conference bag with eProceedings on a memory stick, written materials (Conference Proceedings),  Welcome Reception and coffee break, lunches.

Postgraduate Forum: is offered to accepted authors of the Postgraduate Forum.

Accompanying Person: will only receive access to all lunches, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
